Educational platform
A modern, interactive e-learning platform, offering dozens of courses, also in Ukrainian. The courses cover all areas of the store — from financial management, personnel or fresh departments, to customer service and merchandising. The platform provides access to specialized and expert knowledge in the field of modern store management anywhere and at any time in the form of articles, e-trainings in the form of video and webinars, i.e. meetings with experts on-line.
Stationary workshops
Workshops are conducted in training rooms or directly in commercial establishments throughout Poland by trainer-practitioners with many years of experience in trade. During the trainings, the participants — shop owners and employees — improve their practical skills, and the wide range of thematic workshops allows them to improve hard skills in the management of the store and its departments, as well as to develop soft personal competences.
Educational Conferences
The aim of this pillar is to broaden the knowledge and inspire cutting-edge trading solutions for independent entrepreneurs. Organized in September, the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Polish Trade brings together thousands of local store owners and their employees among the participants every year. It is an opportunity to exchange experiences, meet recognized experts, learn about the latest trends in trade and gain knowledge useful in the daily operation of the store.
Postgraduate studies
Since 2017, the Eurocash Academy of Skills in cooperation with the Warsaw School of Economics has been conducting the first postgraduate studies in Poland for grocery store owners: “Business Management in Retail”. This is a unique nationwide study, educating in the field of entrepreneurship and management of a commercial establishment.

Academy recognized by certificate
Akademia Zabnosti Eurocash Sp. z o.o. is ISO 9001:2015 certified in the field of training and development and consulting services through an educational platform, conferences, workshops, webinars, courses, as well as educational services in secondary schools and as part of cooperation with the organizers of postgraduate studies. Since 2018, the Academy has also expanded its scope of activities with a training program for vocational school students under the auspices of the Education Development Center.
Eurocash Academy of Skills under the Honorary Patronage of the Education Development Center leads a project for the promotion of the professions of salesman and warehouse-logistician in trade schools and merchant technician and logistics technician in technical schools.
Since 2019, by decision of the Minister of Technology and Entrepreneurship, the Eurocash Academy of Skills is a Certification Institution in the Integrated Qualifications System for the qualification “Customer service and sales at the point of sale — seller”. Since 2020, the Academy has been conducting a pedagogical course for instructors of practical learning of the profession. The course program has been approved by the Wielkopolska Curator of Education.

What is Eurocash Skills Academy?
Eurocash Skills Academy is the largest educational and training center in Poland for independent retail affiliated stores in the franchise networks of the Eurocash Group. It is an extensive support system that includes online training, in-person workshops, educational conferences and development programs implemented in cooperation with academic partners.
Since 2017, in cooperation with the Warsaw School of Commerce, she has been conducting the first postgraduate studies in Poland for grocery store owners: “Business management in retail trade”.
Eurocash Skills Academy focuses on practical knowledge — one that can be immediately implemented in the daily functioning of the store.
