A company of such scale as the Eurocash Group needs vision, ongoing control and objective supervision. Carrying out these functions, in turn, requires managerial talent, specialist knowledge and extensive experience. That is why both the Management Board and the Supervisory Board are composed of carefully selected people — each of them is an expert in their field.

Paweł
Surówka

President of the Management Board

Since 2022, he has been the President of the Management Board of the Eurocash Group. In addition, he directly supervises areas such as ESG, corporate relations, logistics and the Big Ben network.
 
He was previously associated with the financial sector. In 2017-2020, he served as President of the PZU Group, before that — since 2016 — he was CIO and President of the Management Board of PZU Życie. In 2015-2016, he was an advisor to the President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski and Director of Corporate and Investment Banking in Germany. In 2013-2015 he was associated with the automotive industry, as a member of the Management Board of the Boryszew Group and Chairman of the Boards of its subsidiaries in the automotive sector. From 2007 to 2013, he was a financial advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Paweł Surówka graduated from Universit Paris I Panthon Sorbonne and Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). He also studied at the Ludwig Maximilian Universität LMU in Munich and the Harvard Kennedy School. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate.

Piotr
Nowjalis

Member of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board since 2024, he serves as the Financial Director of the Eurocash Group responsible for the financial departments and the legal area.
 
For the last 25 years, he has held managerial functions related to financial management, including as Vice President of the Management Board of Tarczyński SA, in the startup MerXu, where he served as CFO and Member of the Management Board, or in CCC Group, where in 2008-2017 he was CFO and Vice President of the Management Board. He also held supervisory functions on the Supervisory Boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including Dino Polska SA in the years 2015-2023.
 
A graduate of the University of Gdańsk (Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Law and Administration), and the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw (Executive MBA).

Tomasz
Polański

Member of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board since 2022, responsible for the wholesale segment of the Eurocash Group. He manages the business units of the Eurocash Group: Service, Distribution & Cash&Carry, and since 2024 also Eurocash Partner Networks.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry and has been associated with the Eurocash Group since 1999.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management of the Poznań University of Technology. In 2024, he graduated from the Stanford Executive Program, and before that, in 2011, the Advanced Management Program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Katarzyna
Kopaczewska

Member of the Management Board

Member of the board since 2004, responsible for the personnel area and the Eurocash Academy of Skills, of which he is the president.
 
Expert in human resources management with experience in: Human Resources Manager at Johnson & Johnson, HR Director and Board Member Jeronimo Martins and Corporate Director of Human Resources at ZF Polpharma.
 
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Polish International School of Management in Warsaw. She has also completed foreign training in management and personnel management, organized by Management Center Europe (Belgium), IMD (Switzerland), INSEAD (France) and Stanford University (USA).

Trocki

Member of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board since 2025, responsible for the area of digitalization in the Eurocash Group and the largest e-grocery store in Poland — Frisco.

Paweł Trotsky has over 20 years of experience in digital product development, technology, operations and strategic consulting. He led the product and technology areas at Respect Energy, G2A.com and Allegro, where he was responsible for the implementation of the Allegro One Fulfillment service. Previously, he served as CEO of startup BeamUp and Director of Innovative Products at Euronet Worldwide. He started his career at PwC and was also the co-founder of a consulting and training company. He specializes in creating scalable digital solutions and integrating complex organizational structures.

Graduate of doctoral studies in management at the Warsaw School of Economics and master's studies in finance and banking at Łazarski University.

Marcin
Celejowski

Member of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board since 2024, responsible for the commercial purchasing area of the Eurocash Group. He started cooperation with the Eurocash Group at the end of 2022, responsible for purchases, expansion, digital integration and development of the consumer offer of Eurocash Partner Networks.
 
Celejowski has been involved in the FMCG market since 1997. In 2012-2022, he gained experience in Żywiec Group, where he held positions ranging from sales director for modern retail, through director of independent retail and catering, to member of the board responsible for sales. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2012, he worked at Unilever Poland in leadership positions including Operations Director for Customer Development and Marketing, Global Head of Commercial Marketing and Sales Director for Execution and Distribution. In the years 2019-2022, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Comp Platforma Usługi S.A.

Graduate of the Faculty of Basic Problems of Technology of the Wrocław University of Technology with a degree in Biotechnology.

Amaral

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

In the years 2003-2021, President of the Management Board of the Eurocash Group. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, which he has gained, including in management positions at Unilever Portugal and in the European structures of Jeronimo Martins. From 1995 to 1999, he served as CEO of Jeronimo Martins in Poland, after which he became a member of the Executive Committee of Jeronimo Martins Holdings in Portugal. In the following years, he served as a partner of the Antfactory investment fund, expanding the scale of the company's activities to markets in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

He was the initiator of the management buyout of Eurocash from the then owner — Jeronimo Martins. Since the acquisition of the company in 2003, it has been dynamically developing it, implementing innovative solutions in the field of management and offers for entrepreneurs. The Eurocash Group is currently the largest distributor of food and fast-moving goods in Poland.

Dr. Iwona Sroka

Member of the Supervisory Board

Iwona Sroka, a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, PhD in Economics and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. In 2024, she became the Chairman of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2018, Member of the Management Board of the Murapol Group, responsible for the areas of marketing, PR, investor relations (IR) and ESG. Member of the Supervisory Board of Pad Res — a company implementing projects in the field of renewable energy.

He has extensive experience in management, marketing communications and capital and financial markets. From 2009 to 2017, she served as the President of the National Securities Depository and KDPW_CCP. Previously, in 2000—2009, she headed the Information and Promotion Department of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She has served on numerous advisory boards, including the Minister of Finance, the National Bank of Poland and the European Association of Central Securities Depositories. She was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of ZUS and co-creator of the Good Practices document of the Audit Committee.

Rita Acciaioli Mendes Pais do Amaral

Rita Acciaioli Mendes Pais do Amaral, a graduate of Babson College in Boston (major: management). She began her professional career in the marketing department of The Walt Disney Company in Lisbon. Since 2013, she has been associated with the Eurocash Group, where as General Director and Member of the Management Board of the Kontigo network she was responsible for the development strategy, expansion and implementation of an innovative drugstore concept on the Polish market. He has extensive experience in the areas of strategy, marketing and operational management, acquired both in international structures and in the local market.

Jorge Mora

Member of the Supervisory Board

Jorge Mora was born on April 16, 1967 in Washington, D.C. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in 1989 and the Wharton School with an MBA in 1993. He has more than 25 years of experience working in international corporate consulting and private equity investments. His most recent position is Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Capital, USA. Previously, he was Head of Financial Sponsorship at Lazard and previously Managing Director at UBS. He is currently active on several non-profit Boards and is also the President of Pace Ventures, an arts-related investment firm.

Przemysław
Budkowski

Member of the Supervisory Board

Przemysław Budkowski graduated in 2005 in Management and Marketing at the Poznań University of Economics. From 2005 to 2009 he held the position of Product Marketing Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Google. In 2009-2018 he was associated with the Allegro Group, where in 2009-2011 he held the position of Marketing Director and then President of the Management Board. He is an expert in marketing and e-commerce. Przemysław Budkowski has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Eurocash since 20 October 2020.
