Eurocash Group's strategy for 2026-2027 assumes the transformation from a wholesaler to an integrated franchise operator Chain of shops HERE. We integrate the Group's stationary food formats into a coherent ecosystem, giving store owners concrete benefits: scale effect in purchases, modern logistics, joint marketing activities, development of own brands and strong technological support. Locality, long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and the development of stores rooted in communities are the cornerstones of the strategy.

Our goal is to strengthen the position of one of the largest retail network operators in Poland in terms of turnover value, while maintaining the leading position in terms of the number of outlets.

Franchise integration and expansion

The biggest opportunity lies in the integration and expansion of our franchise network. Today, thousands of Polish stores operate independently, without the benefits of franchise support. We see the potential to double the number of our franchise stores, identifying close to 15,000 independent and soft franchise stores that can become part of our network, generating billions of zlotys of additional retail sales.

Big Ben Expansion and Integration

Our format in the category of spirits has proven to be perfectly suited to the needs of the market. We see a clear path to expand the chain to 3,000 Big Ben stores, capturing the Polish alcohol retail market, thanks to a targeted, efficient format that caters to both everyday needs and special occasions.

Online Penetration Through Frisco

Frisco, our e-grocery leader, is poised for further growth with 20-30% annual sales growth. Polish families increasingly value convenience and quality delivered to their door, Frisco's position and reliable service make them a natural choice for busy residents of large agglomerations
